Remembering David Taylor – Founder of Taylor Studwelding Systems Ltd

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Taylor, founder and Managing Director of Taylor Studwelding Systems Ltd.

David founded the company over 40 years ago with a clear vision: to provide reliable stud welding solutions, build lasting relationships with customers, and create a business that people were proud to be part of. Through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to quality, Taylor Studwelding Systems grew into a respected and trusted name within the industry.

Throughout his life, David remained deeply involved in the company he built. He took great pride not only in the products and services the business provides, but also in the people who make it what it is. Many members of the Taylor Studwelding team worked alongside David for decades and he valued the company as an extended family.

David leaves behind his beloved wife Joan, with whom he shared almost 65 years of marriage, their two daughters, five grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. He also leaves behind the Taylor Studwelding family, who were an important part of his life for over four decades and whom he cared for deeply.

David’s legacy lives on through the company he built, the people he inspired, and the many lives he touched throughout his career. His influence can be seen not only in the continued success of Taylor Studwelding Systems, but also in the values that continue to guide the business today: integrity, commitment, and pride in our work.

He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his family, colleagues, customers, and friends.
