With over 17 years at Taylor Studwelding, Andrew leads innovation and technical development across the full product range, ensuring every system meets the company’s exacting standards for quality, reliability and performance. His experience spans product design, application engineering, and real-world problem solving across global markets.
Alongside his technical leadership, Andrew holds an HNC in Business & Management from Wakefield College, giving him a strong commercial and operational perspective alongside his engineering expertise. This combination allows him to approach product development and technical decision-making with a clear understanding of quality, efficiency and long-term value for customers.
Known for his collaborative approach and practical mindset, Andrew is passionate about sharing clear, experience-led insight that helps customers understand not just how stud welding works, but why quality engineering matters.
